Renewal Protection & Commitment Policy
This Membership Policy describes the structure, pricing, billing cycles, lifetime access option, and cancellation rules for our membership offerings. By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you agree to the terms below.
1. Membership Tiers and Pricing
We offer three core membership tiers with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly billing options, as well as a Lifetime access option that applies to all three tiers.

Each tier includes its own set of benefits, access, and privileges as described on the respective membership and product pages. Pricing is listed in USD and may be updated from time to time. Any changes to pricing will apply to future billing cycles only, and members will be notified in advance where required.
1.2 Lifetime Membership
In addition to the recurring plans above, we offer a Lifetime membership option:

Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access without further recurring membership fees. Exact benefits included with Lifetime membership are defined on the Lifetime membership product page and may reflect the highest level of access available at the time of purchase.
2. Billing Cycles and Renewals
Memberships are billed according to the billing frequency selected at checkout:
- Monthly: billed approximately every 30 days.
- Quarterly: billed approximately every 3 months (every 90 days).
- Yearly: billed approximately every 12 months (every 365 days).
By choosing a recurring membership, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable membership fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each new billing cycle, until you cancel in accordance with this policy.
3. Minimum Commitment for Monthly Plans
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse of member-exclusive pricing or benefits, all Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months before cancellation is permitted.
What this means in practice:
- When you subscribe to a Monthly plan, you agree to at least three (3) billing cycles.
- You may submit a cancellation request at any time, but the cancellation will take effect only after the third monthly payment has been processed.
- During this minimum commitment period, your membership remains active and you retain full access to your benefits.
4. Lifetime Membership Terms
Lifetime membership is billed as a one-time payment of $4,444 and is non-renewing. Once processed, there are no additional recurring membership charges associated with that Lifetime membership.
- Non-transferable: Lifetime memberships are for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned.
- Scope of access: Lifetime membership grants ongoing access to the benefits and features specified on the Lifetime product page at the time of purchase. Future changes to tiers, benefits, or offerings may not retroactively alter what was included at the time of your Lifetime purchase, but we reserve the right to evolve and update the program.
- No renewal charges: Lifetime members are not billed again for membership access, unless they separately choose to purchase additional products or services.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
Members on recurring plans may request to upgrade or downgrade between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3, subject to the options available in their account or by contacting support.
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher tier, changes may take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on the platform’s capabilities and how the upgrade is processed.
- Downgrades: Downgrades typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Access to higher-tier benefits continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Lifetime: Once you purchase Lifetime membership, there is no need to upgrade or downgrade recurring tiers, as Lifetime is a separate, non-renewing access level.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring membership (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) at any time, subject to the minimum commitment rule for Monthly plans described in Section 3.
- How to cancel: Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting us using the contact information provided on our website.
- Effective date: Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. When you cancel, you will retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the current paid period.
- No partial refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle once that cycle has begun, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Lifetime memberships are not cancellable for a refund once the purchase is confirmed, as they are a one-time, all-access option.
7. Refunds
Unless explicitly stated on a specific offer or required by applicable law, membership fees (including Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime) are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle or Lifetime purchase has been processed.
If you believe there has been an error with your billing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
8. Changes to Memberships and Pricing
We reserve the right to update membership pricing, tier structures, benefits, and features from time to time. Any changes to recurring membership pricing will apply to future billing cycles only. Where required, members will be notified in advance of such changes and given an opportunity to cancel before new pricing takes effect.
Existing Lifetime memberships will continue to honor the core access promised at the time of purchase, even if future offerings evolve or expand.
9. Effective Date
This Membership Policy is effective as of the date it is published on our website and applies to all memberships purchased on or after that date. Continued use of your membership after any updates to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
