1. Use a flexible measuring tape (or non-stretchy string) to measure your head.
2. Measure from:
   • Middle of your forehead (about 1" above eyebrows).
   • Around your head, passing ¼" above your ears and about ½" above the bump at the back of your head.
3. Repeat 3 times for accuracy.
4. Select your head size from the dropdown menu or leave a note with your exact measurement at checkout.
